There are plenty of people out there who will skin the money down to the cent if they can. You laugh, but plenty of Ebay sellers will do this same thing to make a sale. Oh, the other guys are all selling Item ABC for $199.99? I'll sell mine for $199.98, and hope I sell more of them. Or hell, how many people here have had issues with those "NET to me" jerkfaces who get mad and message you like "I need another $0.36, you miscalculated." If that EVER happened to me, I'd demand a refund, and tell the guy to find another buyer. Want to cut off your nose over thirty six cents? You go right ahead.

Of course, I say that, but it never will because I don't deal with "NET to me" people.
