I think so, but I would call them. EVERY HOUR.

I have had that happen. They apparently do it at random, so it's not the buyers fault. Normally it clears in 24 hours.

I have had "random" paypal reviews on overseas transactions.
It had nothing to do with the other person, and all have ended well.
Do not ship your item until they are done.....

PPal does this to make sure the payment from the buyer is legit. When they use their credit card they make sure money is there, before they give you an all clear. They will send you another email telling you when it is safe to ship. I have never had a problem with a PPa paymentl. Most times this happens with International transactions.

Just make sure to not ship anything until PP emails you that payment is clear and it's ok to ship. :thumbup:
