Quick question about buying:
Is there a rule that paypal does NOT refund you the paid amount if the item is a weapon? Someone told me to be careful and I'm dealing with a couple of craigslist people about this. They happen to be out of state which is why I'm concerned. I've dealt over paypal and craigslist but not for anything over $100.
Yeah I know...craigslist has a lot of scammers. Any ideas on how to gain trust? Only thing I could think of was the refund from paypal in the worst circumstances, or having him make a video for me.
