PDW S.H.A.D.O and Timbuk2 for Folder

Couple of packs I'd like to trade for a folding knife. I used the PDW for about a year as an office bag then it when into the corner of the closet for about a year hence the dust (don't judge!). The Timbuk2 is basically new. Embroidery on the Timbuk2 seen in the picks.
