Ok, chiming in.
Let me get this straight, for quick reference, snyper1ad is (s) and pellel2 is (p).
(s) sent a proposed trade to him (p). (p) was obviously entertaining other offers. But nonetheless, the listing was on a separate forum, so when (p) decides to cross list it, (s) gets upset? (s) decides to chase it down and find out instead of it being in canada, its here in the states. And (p) has completely misrepresented the knife by not saying it has a scuffed pocket clip? (p) deciding he does not want to do business with (s), tells (s) the non existent deal is off.
One thing though. Given that the knife is in the states, wouldn't that appeal to you as it would not have to go through customs so it wouldn't take you a month or so to get it? Granted, I do agree that he should have had it in his hands. But if he paid for it and someone (I'm assuming a mutual contact) in a separate country is holding it for him, then it's a different story in my eyes.
