Pen blade or not , technical question

I mean... It would be awesome. Make scales out of 5 diff materials for a pattern, give it say three or four blank blades that are rectangular entirely to be ground into any shape/down to size (Scimitar, pen, clip point, drop poing, Wharncliffe, hell make one a tanto, that would be a sight), add option for bolsters...

I'd love a red micarta and shiny bolstered Jack incorporating a hookbill, a pointy, Elephant Toe esque Wharncliffe, a pen blade and a drop point or clip

This is just a nobody talking but I think it ain't a bad idea. If you steal this plan, I get free custom knives.

I actually like pen blades, they are better for little precise jobs like cleaning fingernails or scraping something. I think of it like having the right tool for a job, like how I don't use a big chef knife to peel an apple, but a small paring knife instead. Same idea with the pen blade. You could say the same about the coping blades etc. but I like the more versatile shape of the pen blade.

some ones already done that in a way basically, theyve put several gec blades from deletes into one knife. its pretty funny actually. i wonder if philllll philllll is the owner one of these such abominations

That sounds amazing, would love to see! Haha, if you think that is an abomination, you should see the pair of 91 SAKa I am looking to have made, one Spydie and one of the single blades in each knife.

It is kept in my Royal horde M'Lady...here at a recent jousting tournament.😁😇.
Oh hey! I forgot about that one. Enjoy!
Has anyone heard of knife manufacturers setting up a custom order option where they allow the customer to select a general pattern knife, say a Trapper or Stockman, and then add the blade style choices (primary, secondary, tertiary...), along with bolster, steel, and scale material, et al upon order? Or would this be a cost prohibitive endeavor and viewed as more of a gimmick than an advantage to folks who want to design something to better suit their needs? Buck lets you order some customization, but not to the degree I'm mentioning...
I'd love it if Victorinox would do that.
