Perfect Pairings

A 14 pairs up nice with a .22 I think. This is a 70's Stratford made Pathfinder and it goes to the woods all the time.

I don't have a "Perfect Pair", more of a mix-and-match setup. I suppose my go-to pair would be this

and this

But sometimes it might be this:

Or my S&W 629

And this guy usually makes an appearance

Or if I'm not going too deep maybe just this little guy

and one of these

And because everybody loves 1911's

If I could own guns, it would be the 16 and a Walther P22.

I'm getting a P22 that fires only blanks and CS/OC cartridges, I found out I can get a CCW license for those. Just in case I ever have to fight off some 4- or 2-legged predators.

There's no gun, but it does involve a Becker pairing and getting loaded.

This is a cool thread, sadly here in ct It may be even longer before I could get any cool things :(

Did some one say Beckers and S&W

When I'm not in Japan, here's my go-to pairing...
My Bk14 - I almost always have that on me, even in Japan

and my Xd-M 40 Compact

I think I need to work on getting them together for a photo shoot next time they are together.

My perfect pair is my 5 matched with my ruger super redhawk alaskan in .454

Very nice. A couple years ago I found a nice S&W 629 in my LGS so I bought it. The next week they had a used SRH Alaskan .454 for $50 more than I paid for the 629. I have a lot more use for the 629 but the .454 would have been a lot sweeter.
