"Perfect Traditional...(opinions)"

As Peter and Jack mentioned before ... the GEC # 66 Serpentine Jack is the most perfect knife for me as and EDC carry

... Barlow pattern, especially the Queen DB Barlow are perfect as well....

Guilty !!! I´m the 2-blade-jackknife guy ;) :p

I also associate some of our members here with the knives they frequently carry... some that come in mind quickly Paul (paulhilborn) GEC #15, Paul (pmew) GEC Congress #61 (??), Duncan (Campbellclanman) GEC #15, Jack (Jack Black) GEC Radio Jack, Duane (sitflyer) & Ed (Modoc Ed) GEC #12 ... the list goes on and on..... :D

I seem to spend a lot of time in that forum, isn´t it?

There is one company, and one pattern in particular, that is sticking out in that list! Good stuff! :D:thumbup:

This is the one that does it for me. Combines my favorite things into one perfectly sized and easy to carry package. Took me a bit to get over how nice it was and put it in the pocket but I've been carrying it for a couple weeks now and have never been happier.

I sure hope Ken makes a few more, his EDC pattern is as good as it gets

Yes, although truth be told some of us more strongly associate you with a certain red Onesie....

But I digress. ;)

I had hoped that after almost a year, everyone would have forgotten about it, ahh well. ;)

Hey Andi, don't forget Bigfattyt and Sarah with their 36s and Pete with his devotion to his daughter's peanut!

Even though I am very new to the wonderful world of traditional knives, I have been fortunate to sample quite a good range of patterns. So far, none has stuck out for me more than the #85 with the broad spear, particularly in the EO form. I have a single blade liner lock in black wood, and have my eyes out for the 2 blade variant. That 2 blade is as close to a grail I have found. Just something about the form and size of these just does it for me. Time for a picture or 2! My favorite, along with my other bullet end jacks.
Thanks,
B.
