Perfect Woods Walking Carbine gets even better!

I picked it up this evening and I'll post pics tomorrow. I spoke to Kirk about doing some more work and he is up for it. For now send me an email Topscustomkydex@Gmail.com, and I'll be the middle man.

I'm going to get him started on my next project, an H&R Single Shot 20 gauge with an 18.5" barrel with screw in chokes.

You make me jealous. I've wanted a Marlin 1894 for years now, but have never been able to find one in .357.

That makes 2 of us Charlie.

Hey Top, how's the trigger and the accuracy on yours? I've had people warn me away from the newer models. Beautiful piece BTW, I bet it just doesn't get any handier than that! How bad was the balance and feel before you cut it down?

I shot it yesterday. Paper plate was no problem at 60-70 yards.

I'm going to disassemble it and clean up the action a little bit. I was shooting Hornady LEVERevolution 140 gr and I had one instance of a stove pipe (sideways?). It was on the last round and I'm not sure that it wasn't my doing, not being smith on the lever.
