Perrin G10 Griffes ship to Suspects this week

Okay Suspects, I just spoke with Larry from BladeArt; Fred has completed our Griffes and Larry now has possession of them. Larry will begin shipping our Fred Perrin STERILE Custom G10 Griffes to us beginning this Monday (2-26-01). There were 46 of us who ordered, so let's keep track of when we're receiving them AND our first impressions of them right here in this post, okay? Thanks guys. Be watching for that Big Brown Truck this week. The Griffes are coming!

P.S. All of the G10 Griffes turned out rather nicely, with the exception of Sniper308's which has a handle on each end, and no blade at all. This is good as it will prevent him from hurting himself.

(this was the steel versions though)

Hmmm,..let me clarify;
Larry has thus far received only 20 of the Griffes from Fred, but the rest are in transit and will be arriving soon. The first 20 people who ordered Griffes should see them any day now, and the rest will ship as soon as Larry receives them (soon). I apologize for any confusion that my above post may have caused. Hang in there just a bit longer everyone! At least we know they're completed and on the way.

my two G-10 perrin la griff's arrived today....thanks to all involved to make this great thing happen so smoothly....way cool !....they are similar in design but each is unique as they are hand done....great workmanship and finish on both...sheaths were a bit rough appearing at first but closer inspection reveals a well thought out product.....BWWWAAAAHAHAHAHAHA....feverdoc

Oh yes, I came home to find a box full of goodies from Larry, and amongst those goodies was the G10 Griffe. This piece has such inherent character. feverdoc nailed it when he said that each piece is unique as they are hand done completely by Fred. Not only is this Griffe cool, but the kydex sheath is superb! The Griffe gives a perfect little "snap" when seated in the kydex. Very neat package.
Fred, Laci, and especially Larry and Vince at BladeArt, ...thanks for taking my otherwise insane idea and making it happen. Knife People are the best people, and you guys are simply the greatest of all. This G10 Griffe of mine is an absolute keeper, as well as a trophy of our friendships. Thanks guys!

Bottom is my new Perrin G10 Griffe
