I just got one of Peter R's first knives and have to say the F@F are really good. He has been making scales for a variety of production folders and they seem very popular, so when I saw he had made a blade for the beginning I had to try it. Carbon fiber scales with a red liner and 1/4 " steel, well I am impressed. THANK YOU Peter:)

I just received one of Peter's first's yesterday and I like it alot.

I haven't had a chance to put it through the ropes yet but it looks and feels
like a quality piece, very stout.

The picture does not due this knife justice. Thick stock with red liners flat ground to a nice edge. A real keeper.

I like yours Woody:thumbup:

You can definitely see the family resemblance between ours.

I need to post some better pics, these indoor shots don't cut it.

Thanks guys, enjoy them. I have a few edcs on the way in cpm154. Kind of semi bird and trout knives very cool handle design. And i have a framelock coming as well. Its going to be really cool and glowy....

I know what you mean about those indoor shots. We had about 10 inches of snow today and the power was off from 11am to 4 pm but Peter's first blades are really nice. especially for the price. Am looking forward to see what that frame lock looks like. Buy them up before he gets a big head and a larger price tag!

My head is big enough allready.....im not a fan of charging more than what something is worth.

Peter, I stated that wrong, you do wonderful work on the scales and your first offerings on sole authorship fixed blades look great! What I meant was, pick up your work now before the demand gets so high that it gets hard even to get a piece of it! Again I am thankful that I got one of your first offerings and will be looking forward to see how the framelocks are designed.

Here's a few more slightly better pics, I love the orange scales they look and feel so nice...

I haven't gotten a chance to give it a good work out yet but it still has a shaving edge after an afternoon of cutting and chopping random stuff so the
the heat treatment is obviously spot on.

Good one Peter, I can't wait to see the others you have in the works.

Peter did some custom scale work on a fixed blade for me and a sheath. Communication, shipping, time, price, everything fast, fair and top notch! I will use Peter's services again and can recommend him without hesitation.
