Hey everyone,

Went hiking yesterday with a large group of friends at Petit Jean State Park near Morrilton AR. Here are some highlights, please click the link at the bottom to see more. Enjoy.. I sure did. It was a fantastic hike. absolutely beautiful.

Nice pics, been to Queen Wilameena, it was nice.

Will definately have to go to P.J. now, had no idea it was that beautiful.

If it were a lot of random ppl hiking, I'd not enjoy it so much, but all those ppl in the pics (aside from the bums sitting on the rocks in the 5th pic) were friends of mine so it was fun. The fiance and I were talking about coming back just us. Possibly on the honeymoon.

It's not a very long hike (well, the part we went on) but I think you can take other trails to get to the falls that are a lot longer.
 
I live in Arkansas! Its cool to know that fellow Rats are hiking close by. I use to go there all the time! Its a beautiful place. I usually do most of my backpacking trips at Buffalo River National Park now. Its real fun to do a scenic 22 mile backpacking trip, taking your time and camping for a few days and canoe your way back to your car :)
 
There are def. way to many people around but for a day hike that doesn't bother me to much, though I would want to find a place with a great view and just relax some. Thanks for sharing!

Wish we had some hills/mountains over here in the Netherlands...
