I went ahead and shipped prior to payment because I've had really good dealings with forum members so far. Feedback trails will bear this out.
After not receiving payment from phantomdave, I contacted him via email and received a reply that the item had been received and the matter would be attended to.
That was on March 1st. On March 14, I still hadn't received payment, so I emailed again with my address in the event it had been lost or was missing info.
Today, March 20, it's been an additional week and I still haven't received a reply to emails or VM's.
I hate to see a forum member get some tarnish on their name over a $10 item.
