Phoenix, Tucson Knife shops

I'm going to be in the Phoenix metro area Friday and Saturday. Are there any good knive shops that someone could recommend? I've already been to a couple of the mall shops. I'd like to handle a LARGE selection of production knives and a good selection of customs. I'll also be in Tucson on Sunday.

Check out Bladrunner Off of Prince Road in Tucson.
 
Don't honestly know of any in Phoenix - though it's been a few years now since I've lived there full time. On the tactical side of things I know that Shooters Vault @ 32nd & Greenway has a reasonable selection - mostly factory though.
