50% ain't bad! What do you think of that Hendricks? I'm partial to the Neptunia 😁
The Hendricks Grand Cabaret tastes of peaches & a hint of plum or cherry to my tongue. I still need to try it drizzled over a high grade ice cream (a couple small scoops nestled in a martini glass), a role at which I think it should excel. It's an interesting divergence from my usual (and perennially favorite) Monkey 47 gin, whose complexity I find to be a strong draw.
Cheers, y'all!!

Man, the Goodnight is another ā€œhome runā€ by David. I have very little experience with a filet knife, but this is a great piece. Looking forward to slicing up dinner.

oldmanwilly oldmanwilly great design. The 5th will be used in an upcoming batch of vanilla extract I’m making. Cheers

I'll gladly take the credit: it was cooked up because someone fed me alcohol after midnight and David just-so-happened to text me at the right time. But David put in the work, so I reckon he should really get the credit.

I love mine and use it for more than just thinly slicing roasts. For people who want a large slicing/carving knife that can filet, but is not necessarily a narrow, dedicated filet knife, this is the ticket. Thin enough to be agile and flexible but robust enough to handle just about anything.

I don’t know how David gets some much done on so little sleep. But yes, he does great work and like many on this forum, creates a useful tool which will last generations.
