I've looked at kitchen knives in the Knife M maker's section and I must be very spoiled with Nathan's definition of CPKs and their egos, because frankly I did not see the value in those other similarly sized custom-made kitchen knives!

It would be cool to see a skinner-like pattern that's optimized to be a paring knife. I'm sorely in need of one, the PK isn't the best at all prep tasks.

Do you happen to have a CPK Veggie Knife?

Wonder if Nathan can be coaxed into another kitchen design. He love making tools we use, and the kitchen knives get the most use around here.

I never went after one because of being a lefty. I wonder if it'd be possible to do offset scallops on both sides of the blade so it could keep the scallops but be used in either hand. It might make the scallops too far apart to be effective I suppose.

She’s a pretty White German Shepard isn’t she? What a pain to have her out in the winter I bet. Had an off leash dog get mistaken for a wolf by a hunter near here once this year already.
