These two Amur maples are almost the same age as that unruly bastard above, they just keep getting cut back to their trunk lines to hopefully make some nice bonsai trees in the next couple years.

Took the HDFK frontcountry camping this past weekend and couldn't have been happier with it. Definitely my new favorite tool for splitting small-midsized pieces of wood that would be too clumsy to split with an axe.
