I bought a Work Sharp Precision Adjust and worked the tip myself.
It’s great of Nathan the Machinist to agree to sharpen it but I need to be able to repair my own abuse.
I’ll send it in when repairs are beyond my abilities

I’m packing up for a short (4-day) Appalachian trail hike and between the CPK’s I had laid out, I’m taking the FK2.

Love my aebl version. If it was the only knife I had for the rest of life I could sleep ok at night. Was hoping to grab a standard d3v version at blade but no luck. Soon.

Last November at the Becker West camp out I got to play with a couple of Carothers knives that Pàdruig had in the tote of never ending of cool knives. At that time I decided I needed to add a couple CPK to the collection so I was lucky enough to get the UF2 on a Friday sale in March used it in the kitchen and in my lunch bag for work just in case. a month later got the Ghetto FK really enjoying that in the kitchen. Then last week a get bladeforum member reached out to me from my want the buy with the EDC2. I need to find someone to make me a pocket sheath for it then I’ll be rocking it daily.

In other news, the Tin Woody now has no more battery drain, a new steering wheel, fixed signals, fixed break lights, fixed front electrical windows, and custom number plates were ordered.

Got a name too, she calls her "Rosemary".
