Wow, I grossly underestimated how much I would like the DEF2/UF2 model. Although I was a bit apprehensive at the larger blade size, it's surprisingly light weight lends itself to psychologically feel much smaller. Also, I much prefer this handle with the longer and thinner profile in comparison to the DEK. The extended linear texturing provides more grip than the diamond pattern, at least for me with my soft medium sized female hands. Another two superb models by Nathan and Co 👏

That looks like the perfect size box for an average CoCK. I use the same method for storage, but call me when you have three or four more boxes like that one. The one you have looks like the one I have for loose scales.

Speaking of, I had a box of CPKs show up today, wanna peak?

Share and share alike mi Liege. I've always told you that with your level and caliber of CPK collection, you're at the perfect age, not too young and not too old, to be the undisputed CPK museum curator.

Great shots Casinostocks Casinostocks ! I dig your vagabond vault system. Ready to hit the road at a moments notice if disaster strikes. There is much rich CPK history and unique grail quality rarities in there.

That EDC 1 is exceptional. Is that antique micarta edge cut or standard cut? I love the lighter color on those. My backup EDC 1 has original standard cut antique micarta (SCAM? 🤔)

Thanks for giving us glimpse of some classic oldies! 👍

Phil, first and foremost thank you. Plus, anything that triggers our young friend Marc to get him more engaged after his long hiatus is always a plus ;)

I should've really expounded on my previous that the EDC1 is CPK's equivalent of the $2 bill; what I meant to say is this particular EDC1 is like a $2 bill, not all EDC1s as there were plenty made. I even quoted Blues's signature by the infamous anonymous:

That EDC1 bears the faintest maker's mark and the steel stamp is nonexistent! Further, the ECAM slabs are mismatched because presumably this was the last ever EDC1 to have ever left the shop. My BFF FineDirk graciously honored me with this EDC1 since he knew that I was looking for a piggyback EDC for the Grog double carry sheath.
