Well, this arrived a few minutes ago. I used it to slice some left over tri tip for lunch. It feels so good in hand and cuts so clean and easily, it’s really satisfying and a pleasure to use.
After lunch, I’m going to have to find some more stuff to cut, to keep the dopamine spike up.

Hell yeah! Nice. I almost went buffed Burlap too….. I was so close but went Buffed Crusty Vintage VIP instead. Got my pre-shipping tracking number yesterday.

Is the belly of the edc1.2 slightly curved all the way from tip to the choil, or is that just an optical illusion? The pics I've seen of the old models looked like they had a more noticeable straight span.
