Imagine sitting in a hunting blind with someone and they pulled one of those out! I’ve had deer close enough to them but have no experience on how much stabby stab or slicey slice it would take to get the job done.

What are the scales on the DEK1 called?

The DEK1 is grey Terotuff which I like. The EDC is Crusty VIP unbuffed (my favorite of the many options I have handled).

I love the EDC, it works very well with green apples.
I tried my hand at making wood scales, and they came out decent. Original scales are perfect fit and comfort but, I am like that. I just have to try things out.
