Photos! Post your CPK photos here!

Yup, I haven’t bought one for less than a G. Ohhh, the good ol’ days !
And that’s why I don’t have one…

Although I’m fiscally irresponsible with my extra cash, I still won’t pay what the secondary market is bringing for those choppers. And I have no problem with people selling them for that if the market supports it.

I don’t think CPK has a done a chopper in years. I’ll be on the train for one if/when they do another one though! I’m really glad I jumped on the CPK chopper train early in the game. Just look at the prices they are going for nowadays.

When I started being interested in CPK (2021?), the Behemother was for sale on Fridays, selling slower then it would today ($690 in Black Linen micarta :) ). I think that was the last chopper ....

We're cooling down in 'Apple-beard', the most productive tree on the farm, and most fun. A Giving Tree, if old enough to remember the book. IMG_9987.jpeg

Apple-beard on night duty, where I have fingers of scotch and cheap cigars when the bonfire's mature. 🍻

The Behemother would be competitive in Bladesports events but it is too large to compete. But it was made with the things we learned in competition, applied to our final big chopper design. It really is one hell of a knife.

I’m glad I managed to snag one of the rare ones with the micarta + rubber inlay handles. It’s a BEAST, and those handle scales are not only works of art, they’re really grippy and comfortable.

P.S.
I recall you saying you weren’t going to make those scales anymore, because machining the rubber inlays were such a PITA, but if you ever brought them back for the new chopper, I’d definitely be down for a set (2 sets, if they fit the OG MC as well).
