Took temporary ownership of my dad’s UF2 since he managed to put a nice chip in the edge and it was past due for a sharpening. He does use the hell out of it and works it hard so no telling what did it. It’s nice and sharp now cutting like butter through paper towel. I really like this as my benchmark for sharpness when I’m checking as of late.

This was my first time doing complete freehand sharpening on a CPK. I used just a Naniwa Chosera 800 and then stropped with gunny juice. Delta 3V was very responsive on the stone and I was surprised I could easily sharpen and even fix a decently sized chip without a ton of effort on an 800 grit stone. Awesome sharpening experience!

I used the EDC for backstrap cutting duties, I was meant to take a nice photo with the meat but it got demolished before I had the chance. Whole backstrap down between us and the kids.
