Here’s a pic of the BC scales that don’t quite fit the BC perfectly. Not sure if production scales on a proto blade. Or proto scales on a production BC blade.


Notice the blade tang slightly proud of the scales.


This is the hang up with me going forward with the trade.

Odd pics… I have a set of ebonite chopper scales that fit both my MC and my Behemother.
The only thing I can think about the mis-match is that must be a prototype Behemoth?

I'm not 100% on it ... but I believe that is a prototype chopper with the later production scales.

The rear of the prototypes weren't quite as flared as the newer production ... top picture are prototype Behemoth and the bottom picture are production Behemother.

Are those the only scales available with that trade option? They aren't even close to fitting. Personally, that would bug me to death unless I could be certain of finding a properly fitting set of scales for it.

Not trying to stomp all over your trade but I'm puzzled why those scales were put on there in the first place.

Appears to be some blade/scale swapping between proto and production blades at some point, is all I can tell.
