close up of the rougher scale, most are polished out, while this has a bit more texture, which conversely will hold more 'dirt' and stuff so you'll have to clean it more often but, it provides a more positive grip, at least for me

Exactly. I didn't show the P30 which I was also shooting because it was in my KingTuk where it lives 98% of its life.

Over 6 months of continuous carry time. I've taken the 4.7 to work a few times, but it always gets replaced by this once I get home.

Beautiful RLO sheath and a repurposed seatbelt.. because im a little over-protective. This set up gives me all the mobility I need and the coil stays against my belt pretty well if I attach it to my belt behind my right hip. I recommend this set up for sure.. I'm gonna duplicate it for my 2nd EDC.
