I have that blue on an FK3.
Of all the handle scale color options, that one is the easiest to see on the ground, in almost any environment (as folks have noted, sometimes when you put a knife on the ground while using it, it can visually ‘disappear’).
While the orange scales are easy to see against green grass/foliage, they don’t stand out as much with Fall leaves.
The only thing I can think of where those color scales might be harder to spot is a field of blue flowers. Can’t say I can recall putting a knife down in the middle of that, before.
