Pick one.

I have a thought on these three, I really like 1 and 3, and own an example of each, but I find myself wishing they were single blade knives to fully appreciate the handling feel that these frames offer. I pick 3 because of the green bone. I have carried and used my moose but never warmed to the gunstock because of the extra blade.

This was started over on the GEC thread, however I thought it should have its own thread.

Here's the game you get to pick one of the knives posted. It's not the last and only knife you get for the rest of your life. Just if you had the option of the 3 knives which one would you pick.

You can pick one and/or you can add a photo of 3 traditional knives for others to pick from. It can have a theme or be random. Be creative, have fun, and no wrong answers. Let's go.

I'm picking the Morris, because it's different and fun.
The Northfield.

It's one of my favorites period.

I like to have at least a Sheepfoot blade and a Clip blade in my pocketknife. I also prefer them to be about 3-1/2" as well, but all three of these work for me. OH

Yes, superb array but no contest for me, it's the Buck. Why? Not merely because it's a Forum Knife, that's no qualification as such, but it's a brass free zone, fitted with Elk, it's blade at each end-far nicer than 2 spring bulky Jacks, and its steel is very versatile in the field and super sharp. One of my favourites and constantly carried, thank the gods I have a backup example too, just in case I become the Loser who Lost the User
I already have a 93OT like Bruce showed (great knife), so I'll take the Buck BF Knife because of the blade on each end (as well as because of the other persuasive reasons Will listed).

5K Qs 5K Qs Thanks, you would not be disappointed with the Moki- it's the smaller Blakiston's Fish Owl 3 /8". Astounding finish & quality. Mind you, the others are stalwarts too
Thanks for the confirmation, Will. :)

Fancy trying your hand at Bucks ?

Are those 1, 3, and 2 blades, left to right?
I'll choose the yellow stockman (303, I'm guessing).

The Three Bones: One, Two, One.

Every time I see a Farmer's Jack posted on The Porch, it elicits nothing but positive reactions. I don't have that pattern myself, so I'll take the Farmer's Jack in the middle, if you'd be so kind.
