Hey, that's why we're here!While I did bring my 7 this summer holiday trip to Wales, I didn't had any big knife jobs so it stayed in the van.
So I'll bore you guys with just some grilling pics.... sorry
I love the van. It looks so much more practical and easier to travel with than the big RV's and campers (caravans, for those who count by tens) prevalent here.

yesterday was a good day: ribeye over a twig stove full of merrily burning osage orange.
best part - I didn't buy the steak and it wasn't my pan, so I didn't have to scrub it after cooking 4 of these.
whittled stab sticks out of the osage with my BK14 - and used it to cut up my steak.

Remember us doing chicken when you were here? We try to grill chicken once a month.
