Pics from the Smoky Mountain...

Man!!! I had no idea that SMKW sold ESEE knives and gear. I kinda have an urge to get some ESEE gear now.
 
I was raised about 45 minutes away from there in Atomic City, Oak Ridge and Oliver Springs area, I stop by Smoky MTN Knife Works when I go home to visit my Mom. I need to get back there soon to see her and go up to the Knife store too!
 
I feel so lucky to NOT have that store in my neighborhood! I couldn't afford it! I'd be homeless soon! haha I'm not far from Spyderco, but I can handle that. I'm visiting Kifaru next week and already decided to leave my debit card home and take a predetermined amount of $!!! :D

SMKW is not exactly in my neighborhood but it is still too close!

I keep looking at this pic, that Moose posted, of the Junglas just sitting there in the case and keep thinking that all I have to do is get in my car and in an hours time I will have it in my hand.:thumbup:

I have been able to resist, so far, by obsessively re-wrapping parcord on my Izulas but I am not sure how much longer I can hold out.:)

I got maried in Pigeon Forge, TN last summer. Yep, you guessed it, took my new wife to Smokey Mountain Knife Works. She really liked the place and ended up buying a nice set of Forschner kitchen knives there.

We have to get down there again. I really like that ESEE display.
