I found an old tool box out in the shed that I repurposed to keep my meager tactical folding knife collection in. Lined the drawers with some felt. Keep the boxes in the top. Not fancy as many of yours but it is better than I had. Cold Steel, Benchmade, CRKT, Kershaw and Colt, S&W many Mtech knives. No focus. LOL. I just buy what I like and can afford. I hope this isn't an 008.jpg old rehash of some ones earlier post, but I didn't find one. If it is, please disregard. How about some pics guys. Mike in Missouri

Nice collection, I like the tool box idea. I keep mine in my safe.

Other folders are stashed around the house or in boxes with minimal organisation, TBH. Traditionals on their own space too

Built this a couple of weeks ago out of a wine crate I found in the garage.

I keep quite a few in my truck and some in my car. For the most part though I like to display my favorites throughout my bedroom/home office where I can play with them often. Here's a small example:

I like it. Been thinking of making something similar to the left side (angled knife storage) to go in a drawer.
All I did to make the angled slats was set my table saw to blade 45, ripped a couple lengths then I put it back to 90, moved the fence in about 1/2" & ripped the top corner off. That way the knives sit at the desired angle but there isn't a pointy corner sticking up behind each.

I just keep mines in a cheap plastic drawer. All in their boxes though to prevent them from banging against eachother

I have a nice glass-top display case with 5 drawers... but perhaps I should organize it better...

Most of my knives are scattered about my house at the mo...

...in their factory boxes...stacked in a cardboard box...in the safe.
There may be something wrong with this idea.

Am I the only one using the Spyderco case?

I've been thinking of moving to something different, but this seems to get the job done for now; especially since I'm thinning this collection out.

Happy Thanksgiving morning!

Basic storage for my small potpourri collection. Just started into knives this summer, and purchased two plastic cases to keep the blades together.
Really like some of the home-made wood boxes I've seen on this interesting thread, and plan to go that way as my collection grows.
Thanks for sharing your ideas. [BTW, that is some SAK collection!]

Have a great day!
