Pics of how you guys store and display your knives.

I have a few LEs that stay in one of the gun safes, then I use these hardware cabinets for folders that are part of my EDC rotation.

There are 80 drawers there and all are full. My wife reminds me that she's faster picking out jewelry than I am at picking out a knife. I've got each drawer labeled with the knife in it and there's a little piece of rubber drawer liner in the bottom of each drawer. Of course, to satisfy my OCD, they're alphabetized.

Most of the rest of my ~400 folders are in various knife bags and Spyderpacs below. I keep tools and sharpening equipment in the drawers. All in all, the plastic storage drawers work pretty well, but they're already bowing under the weight of the knives. I'd like to replace it with metal or wood someday.

I only have 30 or so fixed blades and they tend to live where they're used.

Swords, battle axes and spears are on display on walls around the house, although real steel is "displayed" in an accessible manner.

Yeah, I got blade issues.

Thanks for all the pics and replys guys. Great eye candy. I don't feel so bad about my small collection now. I need to show these to the wifey. LOL I am not as out of control as she thought. I'm using you guys to defend myself. Enjoy your collections. Mike in Missouri

This makes me want to reorganize.. I just pile mine in Rubbermaid bins. I'm always digging out knives I forgot I had.

I store most of my collection in ZT, Kershaw, PVK, and Benchmade brag bags and SpyderPacs. I recently purchased from Sam's Club some small Pelican/Nalpac style cases with the pick and pluck foam (only $20 each!), and they work really great. I like them well enough that I will eventually buy Nalpac cases with the preformed foam inserts for knives.

Now that is smart. Great idea.

Our double oven control board has just gone out. Looks like the repair will be close to the price of replacement. May as well do a BIG upgrade. I'm liking this idea.

Is that a normal carry item with them? Might just go that route too :)

Am I the only one using the Spyderco case?

I've been thinking of moving to something different, but this seems to get the job done for now; especially since I'm thinning this collection out.
