Pics of my collection so far, i'm still a noob so be nice.

The black one you have there isnt a blur, its actually a kershaw storm 2 but its not a blur sorry

Actually, to correct your correction, its a storm 1, the storm 2 is the bigger one

tuuffthumbz amazing momentum for a newbie. one thing for sure you never have too many knives.thanks for showing.dennis

No bad knives there!

How do you like the Hanwei folder, and how comfortable is the Subcom to open with the stud removed like that?

Good start. You've bought some quality knives (better than I did when I started ).

For starting out a Very Nice Collection.

As Mark J said, better than I did when I started.
For me that was before we had E Mail, Ordering on line, Heck there wasn't even an internet to learn about knives.

Just the Hardware Store that sold some junk knives and had a Case Knife display where the Case Knife I wanted was at least a weeks pay. :D

Very nice start, you have choosen some quality steel there.

That Han Wai folder is very unique. I'm not familiar with them, but I sure like that one.

Be kind? Be kind to us man...we're jealous. That is fine collection indeed with some wonderful pieces.

I can at least tell you that it's a CAS Hanwei Eggplant Folder, which seems to now be discontinued. They just unveiled a new series of folders within the past month, though, and they have two similar offerings.

Silver inlaid buffalo horn is the handle material of choice for Hanweis Quandong Folder. The form of the folder originated many generations ago in the Quandong (or Canton)Province, but the button lock, from designer Paul Chen, is strictly a modern twist. The Quandong represents influences of nature in the design with its egg plant shaped handle and bamboo leaf shaped blade. A truly interesting piece for the collector and knife enthusiast. KEY FEATURES: * 440C steel blade, buffalo horn scales * Locks open and closed * Bale for belt attachment MEASUREMENTS: *BLADE LENGTH: 2 3/4 inches *HANDLE LENGTH: 4 inches *OVERALL LENGTH: 7 inches *WEIGHT: 3.5oz *THICKNESS: .110 inches

i dont use it often, i would if it had a pocket clip. razor sharp and i love the blade shape. you def have to use 2 hands to open it. Push button lock.
