Pics of the G10 handled 110 please

I do see your point... I own a lot of knives, both Bucks and other makes, that carry better, deploy faster, lighter, slimmer, etc. But I still like the classic design and solid feel of my 110's.

yep there are newer ones faster lighter but they dont get the comments my old '67 did..
Nothing Like a Classic!:D

Sanity Source,

No offence taken. I just bet you have looked at a 110... and never owned one. You need to remedy that - it won't hurt too badly. Just get thee to a WallyWorld - and get one - $25 + s/t. Carry it for a while. It feels great - is sharp as a razor (... and retains that edge, too!). The blade is useful - the handle feels great - and looks better than, say, a 301 (he he he). It's a serious knife - great for hunting, camping, etc - and yard use. Unlike a Busse Combat, you can't field dress a Studebaker with a 110 (... or any Buck knife!), but those cars are getting rare. It's just hard to describe it - carry it in your back pocket (I hate belt sheaths for folders!). If you hate it, put it in your tackle box - you never know when you'll have to butcher a whale...

Stainz

PS They cut water hose - garden or car - easily, too.

IMHO fer whale butchering i think i would use one o dem dubble long 124's or one o dem new fangled pig stickers that was a floating around...

as to gripeing .. well he jest tant tryed one o my rubber buckys yet ..

Just a heads up on this knife. Its on sale till the end of the month for $110 after which it goes back to $125. I think I'm going to like this knife a lot.

Actually, I love my single 301. My first wife bought it for me in Gatlinburg, TN... our last vacation together - great whittler (The knife - although she was quite adept at cutting me down!).

Gotta admit - that G10 handled 110 is a keeper. Quite a decent EDC, too. I guess I really 'need' another one... $110 is even better - but I thought they were 'out'? What Ext # at Buck do you use to get them? I didn't keep the records for my first 'score' from their store. Thanks!

yep i thought so also..
none in the store but they had not put back the ones that did not sell at the sale at the dog track as yet ... so a few still left..
that pict is a nice one...
the red is very hard to see.. if it were not it would be a great looking contrast!

I ordered two on Tuesday so the information above is pretty current. Since their BG-42 and rumor has it "no more BG-42" its hard to pass on this knife at $110. Remember that a Cherry BG-42 just sold on ebay for $152 and this same G-10 went for a little over $200. Seems like a can't loose deal (if you need that sort of justification).:)

HEY, There's nothing ugly about a 301, right Bear Claw......300Bucks
I am not Bear. But you are right. The 301's are nice looking .I have seen some
of the brothers here ,and they are good looking.

Just got off the phone with Buck. Placed my order for one of these limited edition beauties. Feel lucky. Thank you kindly members for the heads up.

All the best,
