It’s a new Bowie design that popped into my head last weekend 👍 It has a neat false edge too. Natural canvas Micarta over 1/4in 5160. I’ve also ground it a little thinner than usual (for me) to get a bit more slice out of it. Still plenty tough though for all the stuff a Bowie should cover😎

I want one. When you're done playing with that one and/or want to make another one, I'm in.

Back in May, I got to spend a weekend out in the wilds of Western Montana with Bill, Padruaig, & a dozen other good folks, soaking up the hospitality of E.Becker.
I was able to trade into the smaller, green handled camp knife from one of the other guys there while his wife wasn't looking, then traded Bill for the bottom one - with the caveat that it was going on a side quest to Pa to be used in a knife makers review article that should be coming out soon.

I got it yesterday and used it to dice up an onion and some garden fresh hot peppers for breakfast this morning.

Got in my Shere Kahn Kukri that Bill built for me. Turned out amazing! Thank you Bill Siegle Bill Siegle !

Nice weight forward and looks ready to do some serious work.

Here it is along with my 2 other Siegle’s. I need to get a couple smaller knives of his at some point as well as the 3 I have are along the larger sizes lol.
