So 2 years ago I went camping in Western Montana and got my first Siegle - the becker handled bolo (left)
Last year I got a pair of camp knives ( top 2)
Last week I got 3 more.
I'm not sure I can afford to go back next year.

i did rather want the bolo with becker handle, or even a khukri with BH; the one that Guyon got iirc was the ideal...

that said, did manage to score a Siegle khukri with his handles to aid my khukri obsession at the time... beautiful blade... i should sell it

many many things to look at and resolve... i have new hobbies and other interests, such is life.

That natural micarta is in my top three when it comes to nicest utilitarian handle materials. May I ask where you got this particular batch?

I snagged it from the rack at Professional Plastics. I’ve noticed with Micarta that sometimes you hit gold with a sheet. It’s always good stuff but cosmetics are better on some sheets. Wish I had a way to tell when I’m in the warehouse.
