If that's the R#9 with black micarta & red liners it was originally mine.
And if I didn't have the Tool it would still be mine!
The R#9 is a great knife, just redundant since I got the Tool so I let it go to pay bills.

Nice pickup of the original Mykel RN9 - that is a great knife. I am glad I finally picked up a copy of that knife this year. I had mine finished with John's Torched Oak treatment-

Element O1 Clip Point Hunter in California Buckeye Burl Book Matched Scales, with black liners and hollow brass pins.

I made a belt lanyard with a matching Buckeye Burl bead and a Celtic Button Knot..

John did an amazing job on this, and for putting up with all my emails....

That's the Roach Belly. The middle knife is the Roach Belly Lite.
