Stunning area… mind telling us where you were?

Certainly! This was in North Bend, WA. The lake is Mason Lake and the peak above is known as Mt. Defiance. It has become one of our favorite trails because we discovered an old defunct trail there that goes over more interesting terrain than the more maintained trails, plus hardly anybody uses it so we get the place to ourselves. It has a challenging boulder field to climb on the way up, and a nice shaded creek with waterfalls to follow on the way down. There are better viewpoint hikes that we go on, and as beautiful as this one is there are much more stunning Alpine Lakes that we hike up to, but this one just has a great combination of everything all in one hike. Plus it's only about an hour away form the pad.

Thank you, I made it for the challenge, I don't sell so still have it. I think it's important for a folder to look good when it's closed as well as when it's open.
