I never asked for anything back when I posted the knife and flashlite, all u had to do is private message me, and ask me. if I wanted something from here I may not have much, but I would try and put something up someone was nice to me so I was trying to do the same.
Dont go anywhere, Mark. I believe some members just couldn't understand you. I believe that, because I am one. Some of your posts I just couldn't understand, and that's ok. We just need to find a way to communicate with you. I literally had to ask my wife what NP and TY meant. It's just a communication breakdown. So far your spirit is totally inline with the spirit of the thread. Stay. Relax. Find something you need or would like to try from the list and let's go from there!

I am not questioning anything I just wanted to remark that I have seen posts that were odd to me and might make me want to question. I want you and anyone new to the PiF to understand despite any reservations I or anyone have there is typically support for new bloods involvement. That was just a recent example of a post that was peculiar. Please don’t take my post as something negative it was just stating my reservations while wanting to see you join in.

My thoughts too.

M Markisbear I say stick around too. :)

Wen I first started posting, I was looking for a knife but couldn't find one, then someone did something nice for me so I did something so in return I'm doing the same.but thank you for your insight, and it's my job to prove I've been part of the family on just new to pif.

Are you guys all gonna hug now, or what?

Seriously though.... stick around M Markisbear - I don’t know what all the fuss is about, as I’ve been slacking on following both threads (I do have a life outside of BF after all) but you’re not the first poster who’s English and grammar aren’t the best, or the first to have their intentions questions. Guess what? Those who are suspicious will either ignore you, get over it, or come to realize that you’re an alright guy. So what, it’s the internet, and we all move on. I for one don’t sweat it.

The PIF thread is supposed to be fun, and I prefer to keep it that way, at least on my end.

M Markisbear you should love that Lionsteel. It has a great thin sliced blade, extra grippy G10 makes up for not having a finger guard like a flipper knife, and it packs an excellent cutting edge length for the size. I was the one that received the other from Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery and I could never let it go ;)

The Daghetta is so slick! Such a nice knife for the money. The “axis” lock is a little stiff, but it makes me feel like it locks up solid. And it does!! Im so glad to hear you are using and keeping yours too. Puts a smile on my face.
Was totally worth it!

Holy moly, a guy gets busy at work and family for a bit and it takes me three days to catch up on the thread! Haven't had time to do anything but keep my kids alive with the wife at a conference and then a girls weekend!

Just wanted to thank everyone and especially woodysone woodysone for successfully hooking me on benchmades now. Picked up a beat up Mini Barrage at a pawn shop, and a friend found me a banged up Grizzly Ridge that he's bringing to town for me later this week! Sounds like both will be needing a spa month in Oregon though! Gonna see how that warranty works!

I'm currently playing with that Blur that RoachBelly44 RoachBelly44 sent me, it's so much bigger than the mini grip or rough rider in the pocket, will have to give it the weekend treatment with deer season this weekend. I think I like the assist better in that than the mini barrage. Almost like I lose the fun of flipping the axis lock open and closed with the assist in it.

As things settle down I'll have to finally catch up on the PIF thread and see what I can find of some other blade shapes/styles! I finally feel like I'm giving the current blades adequate workout!

Thank u for the heads up, I'm patiently waiting ,I know he will send it wen he can, then I going to enjoy the heck out that knife

Thank you, what bugs me out is everytime I click a number from the list,it taks me back to a page that's old

M Markisbear , I didn’t want to offend you with my comments on your messages but I’m not versed in text speak. I was totally lost when trying to decipher your shorthand. Enough on that since you have now made it easy to read, if you want something that can be used in the kitchen, let me know what you might be looking for, I have a collection of kitchen knives from when I was single. Let me know.

M Markisbear the updated list has links to the original offerings. The one listed on the current list is the only active one. For example if a user offers 3 knives, then 2 are claimed, the updated list will show only the remaining knife be with the link to that original posting. The titanium anodized knife you mentioned by earlier is one such example. T. L. E. Sharp offered 2 knives which were claimed then a set of handle scale blocks which are what the list shows as available.
