5. If in doubt, shoot me a PM or email. Let's talk it out!
Trade Interests:
Spyderco Military Sprints only at the moment. I'm primarily interested in the new KnifeWorks Green G10/CTS-204p, the CF/Ti M4, and the Cruwear versions, but shoot me a PM or email if you have another Sprint.
For Trade:
1. Custom Gayle Bradley Flipper First owner. Lightly carried. Purchased through KnifeCenter. I wanted to see what GB's smaller version was like compared to the full-sized Tac 1. Love the big one, didn't click with the small one. The knife is in pristine condition, so my picky tastes means it needs a new home. Knife came to me slightly off-center (see pictures). Locks up like a bank vault, and early. Came to me very sharp, and I've stropped it to a hair-splitting edge. No carry marks on it that I can see, but I'll be happy to take more pictures at your request. Small scratch underneath the logo that came from Gayle, and I can't get it to show up in the photos. Light tension on the pocket clip. I didn't want to remove or bend it. It holds securely, but I know some of y'all may want a tighter grip. Comes with the pouch pictured.
Specifications (From KnifeCenter)
Blade Length: 3.45"
Cutting Edge: 3.125"
Blade Steel: PSF27 Tool Steel, 61HRC
Thickness: 0.103"
Closed Length: 4.625"
Overall Length: 8.0"
Handle Material: Milled Titanium
Weight: 3.3 oz.
2. Fantoni C.U.T. Flipper Third owner. Knife has been carried and resharpened. Original owner had Maprik etch and stonewash the blade, and anodize the liners and clip. I had Steve of sketchenscales make some beautiful ironwood scales. The clips screws are difficult to remove, and are border-line stripped. As a result there is a tiny bit of wiggle on the clip, but not enough to worry about it coming off. One of the interior body screws under the scales is also getting close to stripped. Additionally, comes with the OEM scales, but Steve still has the backspacer. If you really want it, I can arrange for it to be shipped to you. The flipping action is typical of this knifevery high tension on the lock bar means you need a strong pull to get the blade out fully. I have not adjusted the lockbar, so it'll come to you with the factory tension. The knife is beautifully crafted, with ergos second to none. The blade is razor sharp with a mild polish. The lockup is perfect, and the centering is dead on. Comes with box and papers.
