PIONEER VALLEY KNIFE & TOOL

Well, it's been almost two years since I ordered a knife from PVK. Do you optimists think I'll still get it? :grumpy:

The fact that some of you folks are still defending this Josh is really pathetic!!!! Just keep on blaming the carrier. :barf:

At most, the best I can say for this guy is that he is a very sloppy businessman !!! :mad:
 
Well, in Dirk's case the knife arrived. I have it and Josh included a pen with his business logo on it and another liner locking folder along with it to help make up for the err in shipping promptly. He did overnight it as stated and the matter is closed as far as I can tell. Only thing that need be done now is for Dirk to verify that it was in fact the knife ordered which I'm 99.9% sure it is.

What a relief!
I am posetive that without the help of friends like Steve and the Gigster I would have been in for a protracted unsavory wait.
Gents, you are true friends and I thank you both.
This rather unpleasant buying experience has taught me a couple of things:
*I'll not buy from PVK again.
*Pick your online store with care.
*There are some great guys on these forums!

No, I'm not. I finally disputed the charge with PayPal. They gave him 10 working days to respond and, when he didn't, they
refunded my money.

He emailed me six months after I bought the knife and asked my how I liked my free knife. I replied that if I was gonna screw
someone out of a knife, it wouldn't be a Chinese P.O.S. like I bought from him! :mad:

I honestly don't think the guy has a clue!!!!!! :grumpy:

Guess I got lucky with PVK, orderd a Microtech SOCOM last month and got it 3 days later, happy with the knife and the speed of delivery.
 
sorry to dig up an old thread, but for what it's worth, i ordered from pvk on monday and got my knife today (wednesday) with a bonus knife and pen. i'm happy with this transaction, but also glad to know about people's problems in the past. anyone out there have any current gripes about pioneer valley or have they been doing people right recently (like me)?
