What kind of pipe do you smoke and which pipe tobacco is your favorite?????

I really like Lane Limited 1-Q in one of about 10 or so Meerschaum pipes that I smoke on a regular basis.

I favor pipes in the cold weather and cigars when it gets warmer outside. . . .

Smoking a pipe in a convertible with the top down is quite an experience!!!!. . . Sorta like surviving a miniature meteor storm!!!!

I'll try to post some pipe pics when I get a chance. . .

Beef, please do not respond to this thread! . . . . We all know that whatever that ^*_&*)# is that you smoke in your Hooka is illegal in spite of your make-believe medical need!!!! ;)

Light 'em if you've got 'em!!!!

I have an old Georg Jensen pipe that I enjoy on occasion. Hmmm, a smoke sounds good....

You old polesmo. . .uh pipe smokers should get together. LOL

Tried numerous times over the years. Gimme a cigar in my freezing garage with a space heater any day.

Funny one: I forget which company, but one USED to make a cigar tobacco pipe blend. Smelled and tasted like burning poo. LOL Crossover just didn't work.

Another funny: My great grandfather was a master tobacco user. Had an old-school tin (copper?) humidor. Used a bit of orange rind to keep humidity up. (Not recommended - this was years ago and he was depression-era.)

Anyhow, he had a habit later in life of stuffing one of his cigars INTO his pipe. So it was like he was smoking a big elbow. LOL Worked for him.

I have a Silver Shadow that is my beater pipe. I leave the meerschaum at home for relaxing.
I am currently looking for a good pipe tobacco. Just started smoking pipes about two weeks ago. If you guys have any suggestions lets hear them.
I do love to steal a bit of WOZ's Trade Winds from time to time.
;)

I thought I was the only one lol. My favorite is a Stanwell #30 bent acorn. Escudo is my favorite tobac. But I also really like butternut burley quit a bit.

No pipes for me. I like when Woz smokes his though, he reminds me of Santa.

Here Are My Pipes, I have 2 others not in the picture, One is a Peterson I bought in Scotland, the Other is a Soapstone pipe carved into an old man that my budy brought back from Iraq.

The Top one is an Italian made pipe
The middle is a Dutch made pipe
and the bottom is a French made pipe wich was my first.

As for Tobacco I like a blend from the local shop up here called "Blackbear" it's got a lot of Dark roasty tobacco with hints of Cherry and Amaretto

I have some corn cob pipes my grandfather made. I only smoke them when camping or at deer camp.
