Pipes and Traditional knives (cigars welcome)

My Northwoods and a little Meershaum I've been working on. Color coming along nicely.

Nice, jackknife! I've long wanted a meerschaum pipe, but find them either tacky or out of my price range. That one looks perfect to me!

Tobacco box sent to me by Paul Hilborn, it helps to cure the tobacco, pipe tool sent by Jack Black
Knife is a Ulster Old Timer I picked up new a few weeks ago for $8, it was from a Prince Albert promo

Yeah, they can be bit much in cost, but a nice meerschaum is a pleasure to smoke once they get broken in. The ugly truth that few admit is, they taste like manure when new and snow white. Very bland almost a bad smoke. After a bit, when you carbon it up, they get good. This one was snow white a month ago, so I've been at it. Tasting good now!

Sak I don't know which I like more the cigars, the Swiss, or that backdrop. All three make a great pic.

Last evening after a great grilled ribeye dinner with my wife.....

Thanks SAK! You inspire me with your array of knives, cigars, ash tray, and pics in general. I typically limit myself to a stick a week, but I'll be at back at it tonight after work. Happy 4th!

Starting the day off right with a cup of coffee and a Fuente Hemingway. Carrying my radio knife today as well.

Have a safe and happy 4th everyone.

Lol. It wasn't too bad. Candelas seem to be harder to come by these days so anytime I see a new one I try it. I preferred the Arturo Fuente 858 by far.
