Pit's new manbag !

mistwalker, if you look at the Noatak it is smaller than the sitka, or if you look at the Lunada too that is a great looking pack too.

I was going to put it in then didn't bother. Small cuts can be covered with the duct tape, anything serious and there ain't much I can do with a small FAK anyway !

i was gonna say you "ain't got time to bleed!" :D

Cool bag. How come you don't go with a daypack?

different strokes.

here in my area i need the water capacity of a Camelbak when hitting the trail. but i have courier bags that i use for travel or hauling junk to work. sometimes when i need to haul something on the bicycle or motorcycle. but i also have a hi-viz Camelbak that i wear when on two wheels, but that doesn't have any cargo space.

Metro points. Extra metro points if you carry a bag with Chairman Mao or Che Guavara on it. Even more for a Hope & Change button.

Now I must confess that I have a manbag. No metro extra credit though.

My wife bought that bad at an army surplus store. She carried books in it for awhile then stopped using it.I dont carry it in town. I use it on short excursions in the woods or on a bike, comes in handy. No metro points for me.:D

Pitdog, I love the pics. You know I am a shouder bag lover too lol.

Over the years I have tried different ones, about 3 weeks back I got a Maxpeddition Remora gearslinger,

Just the basics :D

Way to Pit.

Bryan, the Gunslayer looks like a good bag to keep the bare stuff in for a day hike "just in case". I have got several backpacks, a few Blackhawk Enhanced Battle Bags, etc. but nothing small. We have been out a few times, & never really lost, just a little confused for awhile. A few times well after dark before we found our vehicle. Any complaints or drawbacks you have had with it, or any pouches or bags you would add to it? Thanks for the help.

No sweaty back and easy access to the contents while on the move come to mind.

You hit the nail on the head.

If I don't need the amount of water that would have me carrying a daypack with a bladder, I'll use my Maxpedition Jumbo Versapack.

It's SO handy to be able to grab stuff out of it (binocs, camera, etc.) without having to stop and take it off!

Stay sharp,
desmobob
