Pizza and Slicers

I'm a die hard NYC by the slice fan. But I must be jaded in my old age as most NYC by the slice pizza shops suck these days.

So more often than not I'm grabbing a square. This place does a great upside down square as well!

I have come to use the ulu for pizza slicing and learning it makes a hellva chopper. It is used along side of my chef knife which is what I USED to use to slice pizza.
