I cut pizzas with type of ulu knife,made for puzza cutting and it works better than any knife ive tried.

ill use a wheel or knife to cut. usually a wheel.

on the left is a forest mushroom pizza. mushrooms, garlic, oil and a bunch of parm. I add my own high quality mild italian sausage.

My favorite too. I probably bought it in 2004/2005. Of all my knives, I use this one the most. I’ve been tempted to go Japanese for my kitchen knives many times, but I just don’t.

this is the my best option for pizza without going for a significant drive.
nothing special but not bad.
you have to order it "well done" tho

Left the house with every intention of sitting down to a nice ribeye somewhere. Three year old son had different plans so here we are in the living room with drive thru pizza in this thread instead of beef and blades

this was decent pie.
not amazing, but really good.
one trick I've learned is, maybe its pizza common knowledge, i don't know.
If you have a bit of a drive after you pick up your pizza, tell them not to cut it.
Keeps all the greasy pizza juice from soaking into the bottom of the crust.

The guts look tasty but the crust seems to lack that puffy delicious character.

Yea it was good. Very decent price also. I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to get another but I’d grab one if I was in the area. They have several crust options and they called that New York style. I’ve had better and have had worse
