Something else. Something that rhymes with abscess under the back molar, jaw bone scraping and draining, stitches and antibiotics, and he even kept my tooth, so no Tooth Fairy showed up leaving a new blade for me. But no complaints here, I’m just glad he got me in.

First attempt at a sourdough crust with my starter.
Flavor was excellent, just didn't let it rise enough to make it airy.
Next time.
Almost a whole pound of bacon!

I’ve been using a store bought dough lately.
The bakery in our grocery store sells frozen dough.
It’s as good as anything I can do at home.

This is the go to recipe for home dough.

I know the pros stretch it by hand, I roll mine for the most part and try to finish it by hand.

I only ever see round pizza cut like that if it’s a really big pie.
