Plastic? We don't need no Steenkin' plastic...what is your favorite revolver?

S&W 686 and 360 PD.

Different revolvers for different purposes. Love 'em both.

With those little Ti/Sc revolvers, there is no need for polymer.

I had that put together years ago when Gun Parts had some barrels they were selling cheap. I think I still have a 6" blue python barrel, could find another Ruger but in blue and do it again...lol.

go for it. that would be sweet! Nothing wrong w/ custom.

My Colt Detective Special. A 1973.

I had a Smith 640. Nice gun, I miss it. But the finish wasn't great and five rounds is just "so-so" these days.

i love my S&W model 15.

I currently have only one revolver, a Ruger 50th Anniversary .44 Blackhawk. I've owned several M29s, Super Blackhawks, a Super Redhawk, and a Colt Anaconda in my search for the perfect .44. I'm not sure this is it, but for the time being it will do.

Ruger 38 with 6" barrel. Only gun I've ever shot that I didn't have to correct for twist and recoil. Bullet goes where you point it.

any older smith and wesson K frame with fixed sights followed by the J with fixed sights. in either case sex on a stick.

My answer is: Ruger. I can't decide which of my three is my favorite...
Super Blackhawk - .44 Magnum
GP100 - .357 Magnum
Vaquero - .45 LC

The NAA .22 Magnum is fun sometimes, but its too small for hands

Freedom Arms in 454C, 7 1/2" barrel. As accurate as quite a few rifles. Very comfortable to shoot with 45LC loads.

I really love my Security six in .357 and my Colt Mark V in .357. I have a python in 6" and love it but it doesnt see as much time as the other two.

Hmm, hard for me to pick as most of my favorites are my wheelguns.

From my collection:

Ruger Bisley 45LC with Bowen Sights
1973 6" blued Colt Python
Old 3 screw ruger bearcat

I've got a 5" Smith 625 as well. I can't seem to keep it from having binding problems. I even took it to King's Gunworks to have any endshake adjusted to no effect -- cylinder face is spotless and I've tried new clips and differing brands of ammo. I figure my next step will be to send it off to smith at some point. If it didn't bind up so easily, it would make the list as well.

I haven't had binding problems with my 625, even when loading the 460 Rowland in it. I would send it off to Smith and let then fix the problem.

These are my two favorites. The Super Blackhawk is probably the loudest firearm I have ever touched off and the Smith is my pretty much constant companion. I keep thinking about getting one of the new small Taurus 44 Mags to carry in the woods to replace the Ruger because it weighs a metric ton, but I just can't bring myself to do it. Its just too nice a handgun not to take it out and use it.

I need to get it together and do so. I never take it to the range anymore... and its pretty much out of laziness to try to get it fixed again.

That super black hawk is just beautiful. I love the unfluted cylinder. I've been thinking about sending my Bisley off to Bowen for the perfected package.
