Can't do a lottery here, though I wish you could. How do I know? Because I tried one myself after your last one and it got shut down. One of the mods can probably point you to the thread where Spark has previously discussed this issue. Just FYI.

Lotteries and raffles are not allowed on BFC without prior approval from Spark.

sorry for this, wont happen again, i contacted spark to ask permission after the fact, if he gets back we'll have it if not ill refund your money.....
