Plaza cutlery good to go?

Sorry things have not gone well in the shop for you. We have always told everyone to treat everyone the same as want to be treated and I have to remind everyone on occasion to pay attention as they get blinders on which is not good. Caleb and I work Sundays together so hopefully I can met you one day. Will remind everyone as some of our (hate say it) oldest customers are women we have known for years.

I was in this weekend, bought a Benchmade onslaught. I was gonna buy a Spyderco Tenacious. Really happy with my purchase. A gal helped me, and she knew her stuff. Then Russ helped my son, into a neck knife. Very positive shopping experience. Thanks PC! It is a favorite store for me.

Thanks for the honest and thoughtful response. I was in SCP tonight and after reading this, decided to go into the shop. There was a nice guy that helped me out, and his customer service was great. He showed me some beads for my Hinderer and I had a great experience. In fact, I ended up getting the blurple PM2 in the case. I am even thinking about going to the Plaza Cutlery sponsored knife show in October.

For 43 years we have always tried to make it a positive experience for any one coming in. I like to know if there is ever a problem, especially with an employee. That way I can correct it. A few have tunnel vision which we struggle with but are otherwise good.

You like knives so you will love the show. Please look me up. The old guys watching our table will point me out as I will be all over the place, but would like to meet you. Also anyone else on the forums please come by and say hello!

They rock. When I lived in Cali I stopped by every time when near South Coast Plaza. Great folks to buy from in person or online.

It says a lot about your place
I have always heard great things about the shop and those who run it

I'm sure I'll be spending a lot of time in there during Christmas lol
