Called there this afternoon to make a small addition to my Strider PT CC order. Dan, the owner/proprietor, was great to deal with, and after business was done he chatted me up for 10 minutes or so (on their toll-free line!) about NHL playoffs (you know, since I'm Canadian and all;)). Such a down-to-earth, personal guy! It's no wonder Plaza is a such beacon of quality and service in the field. He definitely earned my repeat business when I undoubtedly will be looking for an SnG a little later. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
 
Dan's a heckuva good guy, even if he is a Capital's fan. ;)
 
Yes, Dan is a great guy- we are having dinner together tonight after we watch the Caps lose- it is on TV at 4pm here in the west.

Dan is first a Ducks fan so his worse case Stanley Cup final scenario would be the Caps against the Ducks- as improbable as that is :p

I have talked to Dan in person many times. He really takes time out, as have all his employees, to answer your questions. A+++
